The Connection
One cable. Standard connectors.
No proprietary parts.

The AZ CAN Cable is the single connection between the Zeus Omega Control Module and each Alternator Drive Module. It uses N2K-style DeviceNet connectors — the same standard used globally across marine electronics — so you are never locked into a proprietary part just to extend or replace a cable.

Technical Specifications
Built to a global standard.

Every Zeus Omega kit includes one 5M / 16ft AZ CAN Cable connecting the Control Module to the first Alternator Drive Module. Need to run a longer distance, add a second ADM, or replace a damaged cable? The WH2105 is available separately.

Because the connector is standard N2K-style DeviceNet (M12), you can extend the run using any standard NMEA 2000 cable in 16ft increments — no need to source a proprietary extension from ARCO.

Why It Matters
A cable that does not lock you in.

Global Standard

N2K-style DeviceNet (M12) is the same connector standard used across marine electronics worldwide — not a proprietary ARCO design.

Extend Without Ordering

Need more length? Any standard NMEA 2000 cable extends the run in 16ft increments. No need to wait on a specific ARCO part.

Simple Replacement

Damaged a cable during installation or maintenance? The WH2105 is available individually — no need to source a full kit.

Scales With Your System

Adding a second, third, or up to a sixth Alternator Drive Module? Each one needs its own AZ CAN Cable back to the Control Module.

Pre-Terminated

Ships ready to connect. No stripping wires, no crimping connectors — plug the M12 ends into the Control Module and ADM.

Built for the Environment

Designed to route through the same spaces as your other marine electronics wiring, using connectors rated for that environment.

Zeus Omega Accessory
Works with the Control Module and every ADM.

The AZ CAN Cable is the single connection between the Zeus Omega Control Module and each Alternator Drive Module. One cable ships in every Zeus Omega kit. Additional cables are needed any time you add another ADM to your system.

If you do not yet have a Zeus Omega system, start with the complete Zeus Omega Alternator Control System kit (AZOMEGA) — which includes the Control Module, ADM, AZ CAN Cable, power connection, fuses, and temperature sensor.

Questions
Frequently Asked
What is the Zeus Omega AZ CAN Cable? The AZ CAN Cable (WH2105) is the cable that connects the Zeus Omega Control Module to each Alternator Drive Module. It uses M12 5P DeviceNet connectors and ships in a 5M / 16ft length with every Zeus Omega kit. It is also available individually for replacement or system expansion.
Do I need to buy this cable separately? One AZ CAN Cable is already included in the complete Zeus Omega Alternator Control System kit. You only need to purchase the WH2105 separately if you are adding an additional Alternator Drive Module, replacing a damaged cable, or need a spare on hand.
What connector does this cable use? The AZ CAN Cable uses a standard N2K-style DeviceNet connector in an M12 5-pin configuration. This is the same connector standard used broadly across marine electronics — not a proprietary ARCO design.
Can I make the cable run longer than 16ft? Yes. Because the AZ CAN Cable uses a standard NMEA 2000-compatible connector, you can extend the run using any standard NMEA 2000 cable in 16ft increments. No proprietary ARCO extension cable is required.
How many cables do I need for multiple alternators? Each Alternator Drive Module requires its own AZ CAN Cable connecting back to the Control Module. If you are running two alternators, you need two ADMs and two cables. The Zeus Omega Control Module supports up to 6 ADMs, each with its own cable.
Is the cable pre-terminated? Yes. The AZ CAN Cable ships with the M12 connectors already terminated on both ends. There is no need to strip wires or crimp connectors — simply plug it into the Control Module and the Alternator Drive Module.
Where can I get installation support? Contact the ARCO Marine team directly at sales@arcomarine.com or 1-800-722-2720 for compatibility questions and installation guidance.
