Current Sensing.
At the Alternator.
Without the shunt headache.
Traditional analog shunts require precise installation, careful calibration, and interrupt the main current path. The Zeus Omega Hall Effect Sensor for the ADM uses non-contact sensing technology to measure alternator current accurately and feed that data directly into Zeus Omega's intelligent regulation and diagnostics — with none of the installation complexity.
The AZHSADM plugs directly into the Zeus Omega Alternator Drive Module and measures current output in real time. That data feeds directly into Zeus Omega's intelligent regulation system — improving state-of-charge accuracy and enabling more precise system diagnostics.
Because sensing is non-contact, there is no need to interrupt the main current path, size a shunt to your system, or go through a calibration process at commissioning. Install it, connect it, and you are done.
None of what makes shunts painful.
No Shunt to Size
Traditional shunts must be sized to your system's maximum current. Hall Effect sensors work across a wide current range without needing to be matched to your alternator output.
No Calibration
Analog shunts require calibration at commissioning. The AZHSADM connects to the ADM and is ready to measure — no calibration process required.
No Current Path Interruption
Shunts are installed in-line with the main current path. Hall Effect sensing is non-contact — nothing is interrupted, nothing is in series with the main conductor.
Real-Time Alternator Data
Current data from the AZHSADM feeds directly into Zeus Omega's regulation system — improving the accuracy of charging decisions and diagnostics in real time.
Better SOC Monitoring
Accurate current sensing means more accurate state-of-charge monitoring — giving you a truer picture of where your battery bank actually stands.
Enhanced Diagnostics
With current data at the ADM, Zeus Omega can surface more detailed system diagnostics through the app — helping identify issues faster.
The AZHSCM provides the same non-contact current sensing capability at the Zeus Omega Control Module — measuring battery or alternator current at the CM rather than at the ADM.
For complete current visibility across your Zeus Omega system, use both sensors together: AZHSADM at the Alternator Drive Module and AZHSCM at the Control Module.

AZHSADM — For the ADM
Companion Sensor
AZHSCM — For the Control Module
The AZHSADM is an optional accessory for the Zeus Omega system. It connects to the Alternator Drive Module (AZADM) and requires a Zeus Omega system to be installed and operational.
If you do not yet have a Zeus Omega system, start with the complete Zeus Omega Alternator Control System kit (AZOMEGA) — which includes the Control Module, ADM, AZ CAN Cable, power connection, fuses, and temperature sensor.
