ARCO Marine Receives a GrowFL Award as a "Florida Companies to Watch" Organization

We are proud to announce that ARCO Marine was selected as a “Florida Companies to Watch” organization. The 11th annual GrowFL awards were presented in February in Orlando, with Jason Crawford and Ben Stoddard on-site to accept the award on behalf of the whole team.

The awards program - now in its eleventh year - honors impressive second-stage companies from throughout the state for developing valuable products and services, creating quality jobs, enriching communities, and broadening new industries throughout Florida.

"We are honored to be recognized by the GrowFL association this year" said Jason Crawford, President of ARCO Marine. "Their search criteria for Florida companies eligible for this award also reflect many of our Company's core principles".

82 finalists were announced earlier this year, and the 50 honorees were selected after a final round of judging by a panel of independent judges comprised of past honorees, economic development leaders and corporate partners of GrowFL. Companies were judged on a number of criteria including growth in number of employees; impact of the business in the job market; increase in sales and/or unit volume; current and past financial reports; innovativeness of the product or service; response to adversity; and contributions to aid community-oriented projects.

The 11th Annual GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch awards celebration was hosted by Nperspective CFO & Strategic Services, in association with the Edward Lowe Foundation.
